Висит эта ошибка хз че делать у меня у одного она, как решить?

Ребят сейчас почему то в Steam писало Нет соединения

Хотя в клиенте по магазину свободно лазил и всё грузилось, выключил стим сейчас, нажимаю войти и пишет «не удалось подключиться к сети steam»
У меня одного это?

Купил игру через стим Far Cry 4. Установил, запускаю игру, он меня кидает на какой-то uplay, зарегался там. А в uplay требуют какой-то ключ активации. Первый вопрос, где этот ключ? Потом на следующий день селся запускать Фар край через стим. Сначала выдает окно uplay, что идет запуск игры и моей учетной записи (там моя почта) будет активированная следщая игра: фаркрай 4. Нажимаю продолжить. И выдает следующее окно с ошибкой:
Не удалось установить владельца данного продукта. В связи с этим второй вопрос — Что мать его делать?! Что за система такая сложная! Как это исправить. В службу поддержки написал, но вопрос еще в том когда они ответят, поэтому пишу здесь!
